OUR EYE HOUSE IS NOT AS YOUNG AS SHE USED TO BE.  SO TO RESTORE THE OVER 100 YEAR OLD BUILDING WE NEED YOUR HELP!  

OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE $252020.  

1. New Parking Lot- Needs to be repaved
2. Boiler- Yes you remember the Boiler that had trouble way back when, still having issues and is getting harder to get fixed!
3. Room Upgrades- Donation of $10,000 will let you name your room!  New windows, repainting of walls, repair doors
4. Bathrooms need some upgrades and repairs.
5. Carpeting has lasted about 20 years, showing some signs of wear and tear.
6. Set up EPSIE for the next 40 years.  The last major fundraiser was back in 1978 when our EYE House was purchased!

Our Optometry Students demographics have changed. So we need a house that will attract residents, and be a safer place to reside.

Alumni Association Goal is to keep the rent as low as we can to keep the house affordable for Optometry Students.  The debt load to become an optometrist has not slowed. Providing an option that will attract optometry students to live in the EYE house is an important factor to help with the debt load.
